Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) 1 day
A one-day course covering the essentials for low-risk workplaces or smaller teams.
Main topics include:
•    Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
•    Assessing an incident and managing a casualty
•    CPR and using an AED (defibrillator)
•    Choking (adult)
•    Recovery position
•    Shock and severe bleeding
•    Minor injuries and record keeping
Certificate validity: typically valid for 3 years.


First Aid at Work (FAW) 3 days
Our most popular workplace first aid qualification. Ideal for higher-risk environments, larger teams, or organisations that need a broader skill set.
Main topics include:
•    Incident management and communication
•    Primary and secondary assessment
•    CPR and AED use
•    Choking
•    Wounds, bleeding and shock
•    Burns and scalds
•    Fractures, sprains and strains
•    Head injuries
•    Seizures
•    Asthma and anaphylaxis
•    Heart attack and stroke awareness
Certificate validity: typically valid for 3 years.


Paediatric First Aid - 1 or 2 days
Designed for childcare settings, education environments, and anyone responsible for infants and children.
Main topics include:
•    Child and infant CPR and choking
•    Managing unconscious casualties
•    Bleeding, shock and head injuries
•    Seizures and febrile convulsions
•    Allergic reactions and anaphylaxis
•    Common childhood illnesses and injuries
Certificate validity: typically valid for 3 years.


Flexible delivery for teams of all sizes
We keep sessions practical, engaging, and confidence-building—ideal for workplace teams. For in-person training, we typically run smaller group sizes to maximise hands-on learning (e.g., up to 12 candidates for first aid courses).
