The founder's motivation and the vision
Hi, I'm Omar.
At 14, I was the kid picked last in Physical Education as too short and overweight, treated like an inconvenience.
That experience taught me how quickly groups quietly exclude someone and the negative psychological effects.
I felt sad and alone but I decided to earn my place in the team through hard work.
I build resilience, a strong sense of right vs wrong and a drive to offer support to the "picked last" person.
As an adult, I see the same dynamic in workplaces where people are left behind to work things out for themselves, "they are picked last", as Health & Safety has just become a tick-box exercise. Managers juggle compliance with operational pressures, they are anxious about legal consequences but they are overworked and struggle to act. This creates a demotivating working environment.
The business opportunity sparked over dinner with a friend where we talked about fairness, why people feel left out and do not work at their full potential, it's just a job. I ran an informal H&S awareness session for a global chain, highlighting how a happier environment is a safer and more productive workforce.
The response? Head Office commissioned weekly courses across the UK, budget approved, priced per attendee. That was the proof.
The vision.
The bigger vision is a world where every workplace puts people first where psychological safety is normal, and compliance is a shared discipline that prevents harm.
